These Terms of Service govern your use of the Inland DJs website and the booking of our DJ and event services. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Inland DJs provides professional DJ, sound, lighting, MC, and FX services for events. Specific services, pricing, and package details are confirmed at the time of booking and may be documented in a separate service agreement.
Bookings & Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry or booking request through our site does not guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your request and any required deposit is received. We reserve the right to decline requests based on availability or scheduling.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is quoted based on your event details and selected package. Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement, a deposit may be required to secure your date, with the balance due before or on the event date. Additional fees may apply for extended hours, travel, or added services.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy and any specific terms in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable. Please review the Refund Policy for details.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, ensure the venue is suitable and accessible for our equipment, and obtain any necessary permits or permissions for your event. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inland DJs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
